Paper SubmissionArticles and Conference proceedings To revise your paper, you must first "Login" : button at the top right of the webpage. Once you are logged in, the submission menu will become available. From the menu My space > My submissions, click on 'eye button' to see the reviews and on the 'pen button" to submit your revised version. The paper status should be "awaiting update". During this revision, please also submit the Copyright Form: Copyright Form. This document is mandatory to be published in the Proceedings. The conference proceedings will be published by RILEM under Springer's RILEM Bookseries and indexed under Scopus. Each paper will receive a unique doi. Delegates are welcome to submit a full paper. Please note that to smooth the process, the submission of an abstract does not precede the submission of a full paper. This is a one-step-only submission process (followed by a reviewing process). The full paper will use a Springer conference template and submissions may be in Word or Latex.
The papers must be formatted according to the template guidelines, or they risk not being included in the final proceedings. The full papers are limited to ten pages (including the abstract, main text, references, and any appendices) and must be a minimum of six pages.
Extended Abstracts The second option is to submit an extended abstract (2 - 4 pages) with the same template as for full paper. These abstracts will not be available online nor public, but available only for the conference participants. Note that based on the number of submissions of full papers, extended abstracts may not grant an oral presentation but are more likely to be associated with a poster. To limit confusion with full papers, extended abstract submissions are not available before January 2026, after the closing of the full paper submission. The deadline for submission is March 2026. |
